I love affirmations and think they can be a useful addition to other spiritually-based practices. Although I believe that affirmations aren’t the be-all and end-all of healing and the law of attraction, affirmations can be a great way to connect yourself with your goals and help you achieve them! I’m giving you a list of some of my favorite affirmations so that you can use them to help you get where you want to go!
Try some of these out… write them on sticky notes or your mirror in the bathroom… send yourself texts… tweet them to your friends or make pretty pictures with them and use them as the background on your phone or computer. Get creative… surprise yourself with them so that you never get complacent about them!
